Last week me and Carro went to Malmö to watch Malmö FF against Shakhtar Donetsk! My mother had won a pair of VIP-tickets and since she totally HATES soccer we were very kind to her and took care of them (a).
So, the game was nice, but we enjoyed the awesome food in the VIP area as well! Three dishes and free drinks, omg that is dangerous… 😉 We had a great night!
Our song ”Kan ni fatta!” was performed by ”BAM!” yesterday at the swedish television program Minimello! Now you need to vote for them so they can move on to the finals. Help them out! Just click on the heart a thousand times. Wihoii, go BAM!
These past few days, me and Mimi have been competing with a song called ”Mary The Icebreaker” in a music competition at our school and we ended up in third place!!!! Now the whole band has to practice it so we can play it on our shows for u guys! The title of the song is pretty funny because the song is about my and Moa’s mother. She used to work on a boat where she could se how the ice of the frozen sea broke into pieces. But that story wasn’t enough so we made up that Marianne (Mary) was the first to break the ice in the society. She was the first who stood up for herself and faced the problems that we have in our society today. She was the first to do something about it.
You should all be like Mary! Stand up for yourself and others. Take care of each other.
Hi people! Today I had a small talk with ”Sveriges Radio” about our song in Minimello this friday!! 😍 Since last week I’ve been having a cold with very high fever and sore throat (probably some kind of flu) and I am therefore staying home from work today, so the interviewer came over to my house!! So kind and brave, huh? I said it was nothing contagious 😉
So, we talked about the song, the toilet roll dolls and literally everything about Minimello. If you want to listen to the interview, just click this link:
Thaaank you Örebro!! We had a blast yesterday at Plektrum and want to thank the crowd, Björn Wallgren, Maria Janzon, Disraeli, Believing Carlos, the sound engineer and everyone involved! It was a great night! And what a creepy fog we had to drive trough to make it home in the early morning darkness!!! We just had to listen to the Silent Hill Soundtrack all the way! And what seals the deal more than a few episodes of ”Creepypodden”. We hate it so much we have to listen to it every freaking time we have a long drive home after a concert. At least it keeps us awake on the road… 😉
Now we have to reload our batteries and prepare for the next gig this saturday in Stockholm. More information about it soon! Stay tuned! /BC
Look who’s on the banner of Record Unions Facebook page!! 😍 This picture is taken at Putte i Parken 2015, Kungsträdgården, Stockholm. Record Union made a contest where bands from all over the world applied, and we won!! Here is a video from the gig:
As we have told you before, our guitarist Moa is also doing chiptune music. Yesterday we went to see her at ”Skövde Näringslivsgala” where she performed her new song live!! For you guys who missed the show you can listen to the original song here: https://soundcloud.com/moalenngren/retro-metal-smash-up
Yeeey! Only one week to go! Be sure to tune in Minimello next friday on the swedish TV channel ”Barnkanalen” at 18.45 (swedish time). There you will find our song ”Kan ni fatta”. If you like it, please give us a vote! LOTS OF LOVE! /BC 💜
